| I am finally getting settled here a month after you moved my piano and wanted to drop you an email of thanks for a perfect piano moving experience. I have moved many, many times and moving my big upright has always been one of the biggest issues. Not this time! I had a list of five piano movers to contact, but after connecting with you I didn't even bother to call the rest. Your response to my inquiry was prompt and professional, addressing each question or concern I had. That high level of professionalism held through all subsequent conversations and most definitely the move itself. I can't tell you how I appreciate the care you took in the moving process itself and yet I still marvel at how efficiently and quickly the move was made. Though I'm not eager to move again any time soon, I will most definitely give you a call when I do. And I will not hesitate to recommend you highly to anyone who is in need of a piano mover.
